Pawsitive Fitness is a fitness class with a difference! It focuses on getting you out and about with your dog and having fun while getting fit at the same time.
THE TEAM
Pawsitive Fitness was established in 2018 by Louise Jones to get people out and about with their dogs.
Louise has been competing in cani-sports since 2012 and holds a number of national titles in the disciplines of Bikejoring, Scootering and Canicross.
She has proudly represented Ireland 3 times at the European Canicross Championships (now, the World Championships) with Dyson, her Northern Inuit Dog and once with her pointer mix, Lady. She has raced abroad in France, Belgium, Italy, Czech Republic and the UK.

It was Louise's love of cani-sports that prompted her to set up Pawsitive Fitness so that she could share her knowledge and passion with the dog lovers of Ireland.
OUR MISSION
We strive to show people how much fun canicross, Bikejoring and scootering can be and hope that people come away from our classes and one-to-one sessions as hooked on the sports are we are!!
We have trained alongside International champions in bikejoring and scooter and have completed Leaders Courses in Canicross and bike/scooter, and have trained alongside some of the best cani-sports peoplen order to get you and your dogs out and about, on the trails, in a manner that is safe, but also fun.
We don't just teach cani-sports, we compete in them, both here in Ireland and abroad.
With 10 years of experience under our (canicross) belts, along with numerous dog training and behaviour qualifications, we are more than qualified to offer you and your dog an enjoyable experience, getting you out and about, hitting the trails , keeping fit and having fun.
