Get ready for another Canicross Bootcamp!!! After the success of our last one, we are once again partnering up with our pals Dog Trails NI to bring you this awesome fitness class!
A canicross session followed by a body weight strength and conditioning based workout to get you fighting fit! We'll also have a nice stretching session afterwards to help you unwind.
Exercises will be done for time, not for reps so you can work at your own pace and options will be available if there is something you can not do.
You don't even have to be a canicrosser to take part...we will have all of the equipment needed to buy or borrow, so why wouldn't you come along and give it a go?!
